 The Stepping Stone of Success 

"Measuring a success is indefinite, you cannot scale it by using a weighing scale but instead by having you to be grandiose enough to face the challenges in everyday life."

This is Gesucamo "Mol Manubag, he is 37 yrs. old. He is the son of Mrs, Natividad Manubag and Procopio Manubay. He is a Licensed Professional Teacher, school head of Tagjaguimit Senior High School. Before taking this course he have been taken Tour courses including this, he took a Hospitality Course in Guimaras State of University, a" Caregiver Course in Business and Computer School and also the Baccalaureate Degree of Marketing Management in Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT): He had finished his diploma in Professional Education and his Master's Degree in Cebu Technological University (CTU) Naga Campus. He have been taken a lot of courses but he decided to become a Professional Licensed Teacher because he wanted change for himself and he wanted a stable job to gave him an assurance of his retirement in the near future. He sees the education as his stepping stone of having a good career to support his family. He is a working student in order to purse his dream because he is the only one who support himself He have to work in a regular day and he go to the studies when the administrator will requesting him to join the class. He claimed that "I considering the fact that we are not rich enough to be able to support ourselves without having a job".

His motivation is his family because when he is dreaming of something good for his family he is very eager to have a stable job, to have a high salary that could help him having the financial freedom. When he is taking the diploma in Professional Education in the year of 2019 in the middle of class, he come up to the point that he stop his studies in 5 weeks because he have a job which requires him to have a duty even Saturday and Sunday then he was not able to inform his bosses that he was enrolled by that course. When he visited the school to inform that he will not be joining the class, his classmates and professors encourages him to finish and get the diploma and catch up some lesson that he missed for quite sometimes. After the encouragement that he gel from his professors and classmates he pursued his course to make his dream success. He define success when he put a heart towards his jobs, to his colleague and being able to impart his knowledge to the student. "I measure it by giving examples of those young ones who are learning something that they can have it in the future, Measuring success is indefinite, you cannot scale it by using weighing scale but instead by having you to be grandiose enough to face the challenges in everyday life". He considered himself as a successful person because throughout this year's he was able having a good salary that could support his family. Being a successful person is not just seen physically but also being able to conquer the endeavor that we are having been brought.
